Track and Field Camp opportunity

Illinois State University is hosting a Track and Field camp from July 16-19, 2017!  This is an overnight camp hosted on their campus in Normal, IL.  This is a great opportunity for our athletes to continue learning and growing in their favorite events within our sport under the guidance of an outstanding ISU coaching staff.

IHSA Sectionals at Moline 5/18

Jon Moore qualified for the IHSA State Track and Field meet by clearing 6' 3" in the HJ.  There were many VERY CLOSE misses by others:  Armani Atwater by 0.02 in the 100m and 0.20 in the 200m.  The 4x200 relay ran a season best but fell short by 0.80 seconds and Marcellous Johnson missed the TJ qualifying mark by 5".  This meet was a fantastic conclusion to an exceptional season for the Maroons.  With the bulk of the varsity team returning in 2018, we look forward to continuing this upward trend for Moline Track and Field!

The coaching staff is extremely proud of the young men and their efforts on Friday night.  The boys placed 2nd at the Conference Meet, an accomplishment that has not happened in decades.  The team scored 124 points.

Sterling Triangular and Galesburg Invite 3/14- 3/18/17

The Moline Boys Track and Field Team produced some exceptional performances last week.  Tuesday they went to Westwood Center to face Geneseo and Sterling; then on Saturday, to Monmouth College for Galesburg's Invitational.

No team scores were kept at Galesburg but a very long list of individual achievements were recorded! Some of the highlights include:
